Tangentyere Employment Services (TES), a Division of TCAC, delivers the Australian Government’s Community Development Program (CDP) for the Alice Springs Town Camps, Amoonguna and some surrounding Outstations. TES also delivers NT Government funded Municipal Services on 6 of the Alice Springs Town Camps.
CDP is a remote employment and community development service that supports job seekers to build skills, address barriers and contribute to their communities through a range of flexible activities. TCAC delivers the CDP Program in partnership with Catholic Care NT (CCNT).
The Case Management Co-ordinator is responsible for assisting with the delivery, maintaining compliance and program requirements, and assisting with the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the TCAC CDP contract with the Australian Government for remote employment services.
The Case Management Co-ordinator’s role is to ensure high standards of service delivery by the Employment Case Management Team. As part of your role, you will be working with children, people with a disability and people who are vulnerable. It is your obligation to always ensure their safety and report any concerns in line with our duty of care obligations. We have zero tolerance when it comes to abuse of any kind and will take disciplinary action, including and up to termination of employment, should we determine that abuse has taken place or there has been a failure to report any suspected or alleged abuse.
