About us
Busselton Pavilion is a dining destination in the newly refurbished Busselton Central. The venue is comprised of a wine store, 60-seater restaurant, beer garden, along with private dining and a mezzanine function space.
Chef Brendan Pratt (ex Vasse Felix) is our Director of Culinary, driving a forward-thinking menu which celebrates rotisserie-style food.
About the roles
We are looking to fill Casual roles, with 20-30 hours a week available for:
- Senior Chef de Partie (Level 6 HIGA)
- Kitchenhands (Level 2 HIGA)
What you bring
Chef de Partie
- Sound knowledge of food, produce and suppliers
- Good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and well presented
- Understanding of current food and beverage trends
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery
Kitchenhand
- Attention to detail and well presented
- Experience in a high volume a-la-carte restaurant
