Job Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems in accordance with CEC guidelines and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all installations meet regulatory and company standards, emphasizing precision and attention to detail.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues with solar PV systems, demonstrating proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including project managers and fellow electricians, to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
Autonomous Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, making sound decisions and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills in solar PV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

A valid electrical license and a proven track record of adhering to safety protocols.
