AddressVictorian Oral and Facial Surgeons (VOFS) are looking for a motivated team member on a Full Time basis (could be Part Time for the right candidate) to work at their Brighton East.
VOFS is a leader in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the bayside, south east Mornington Peninsula and Ballarat regions of Melbourne. VOFS’ surgeons provide specialist oral and maxillofacial surgery services in our state-of-the-art practices and operate at the best hospitals in the regions. At VOFS we pride ourselves in providing best-in-class medical care and ensuring we deliver an exceptional patient experience.
The main duties will include but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments and theatre bookings
- Creating and maintaining patient records in ‘Genie’ including linking referrals, X-rays, diagnostic reports and other related information to individual patients with a high level of accuracy
- Providing patients with surgical estimates, booking procedures and coordinating post-op appointments
- Patient invoicing & receipting (Medicare, DVA, Private Health Funds)
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/reception experience in a similar medical practice
- Competency in a medical software, preferably Genie
- Exceptional customer service focus with a warm and friendly manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
