- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Electrical Design Engineering, with a focus on leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, including power distribution, control systems, and Renewable Energy solutions.
- Experience with CAD software and other design tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Based in Brisbane/SEQ or willing to relocate.
