Cellar door, Marketing and Events Coordinator
Anvers Wines is seeking a highly motivated, professional individual to join our team. We have been producing wine for 25 years and we recently opened our multi-award-winning restaurant and function facility in mid-2022. With a full rebrand, Anvers wines has fast become a destination venue in the Adelaide Hills for both Casual and Formal Dining, Cellar Door, Weddings, and Events.
With an unwavering focus on quality over quantity we are looking to grow our brand and business through targeted marketing techniques, face to face correspondence whilst being aware of current trends, and standards in the industry.
The ideal candidate should have a tenacious and disciplined approach to the business, be self-motivated and will report to the Venue Manager. High level of administration skills, customer service, ability to sell as well as work independently and as a part of the larger team. Immaculate presentation, people skills and a genuine approach is fundamental to the success of this role and the growth of Anvers.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Coordination of paid, targeted advertising.
- Day to day email correspondence.
- Growth and management of the Anvers Wine Club.
- Assistance in wedding and booking administration.
- Confidence to conduct tastings and sales in the Cellar Door.
- Work with corporate clients to grow functions and Events.
- Correspond with external Marketing and E-business to increase the Anvers presence both in paid forms and local community platforms.
- Create and manage content for Cellar Door and Restaurant social media, to be updated and monitored regularly.
- Previous experience with ‘Klavio’, ‘Now Book It’ and ‘Lightspeed’, preferred.
- Work with existing marketing strategies.
- Manage and further the annual Events Calendar.
- Have the necessary skills and experience to use online platforms as well as creating in-house promotional material.
- Display personal creativity and ability to develop and design marketing material for both in house and electronic distribution.
- Input and direct the improvement of the Anvers website and all online platforms.
The position offered is Part Time, with the potential to become full time for the right candidate. You will be expected to work weekends in line with Cellar Door opening hours, 9am to 5pm, as well as other office based days.
Renumeration is based on the experience of the candidate. .
