At Delegat, we are building a global Super Premium wine company. We are the proud makers and distributors of Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate, two of Australia’s leading wine brands. We now have an exciting opportunity for a WA/SA/NT State Sales Manager to come and join our team based in Perth.

You will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, and relationship building capability.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales Account Managers
- Achieve business goals including sales, distribution, and execution of promotional plans.
- Effectively manage the P&L for WA/SA/NT
- Conduct regular in-market customer business reviews with key state and national groups.
- Manage wholesalers to achieve a world-class distribution network.
- Participate and contribute to the Australian Sales Leadership Team (SLT)
- Conduct strategic market analysis in consultation with Field Sales Manager (FSM).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years sales leadership and management experience gained in a structured corporate and/or global environment in a relevant industry (e.g. FMCG, Retail or Hospitality)
- Understanding and experience with using CRM systems
- Experience in Key Account Management.
- Tertiary qualification in business or a similar discipline
- Valid Full Driver's License with no previous DUI charges given the nature of this role
