AddressAt Delegat, we are building a global Super Premium wine company. We are the proud makers and distributors of Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate, two of Australia’s leading wine brands. We now have an exciting opportunity for a WA/SA/NT Business Development Manager to come and join our team based in Perth.

With experience as a sales leader, you have a growth mindset and will be able to positively impact a highly engaged and performing team. You will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, and relationship building capability.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Develop the state plan for achieving growth with existing and new customers including managing any channel initiatives.
- Target high value venues aligned with the targeted consumer demographics for our brands to win new business.
- Manage and grow select key existing customer base.
- Identify growth opportunities with Account Managers and collaborate to activate.
- Develop, manage and oversee customer business plans where appropriate in line with brand guidelines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Business Development, Account or Territory manager roles in FMCG, the beverage industry or a similar industry
- Tertiary qualification in a business discipline and/or related industry qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience within the channels mentioned .
- Current and full driver licence.
