We now have an exciting opportunity for a WA/SA/NT Business Development Manager to come and join our team based in Perth.

With experience as a sales leader, you have a growth mindset and will be able to positively impact a highly engaged and performing team. You will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, and relationship building capability.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Develop the state plan for achieving growth with existing and new customers including managing any channel initiatives.
- Target high value venues aligned with the targeted consumer demographics for our brands to win new business.
- Manage and grow select key existing customer base.
- Identify growth opportunities with Account Managers and collaborate to activate.
- Develop, manage and oversee customer business plans where appropriate in line with brand guidelines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Business Development, Account or Territory manager roles in FMCG, the beverage industry or a similar industry
- Tertiary qualification in a business discipline and/or related industry qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience within the channels mentioned .
- Current and full driver licence.
