Pacific Concepts is looking for an experienced Cellar Manager who aligns with our work ethic and who will work with the venue managers to achieve daily deliverables and ensure a well organised cellar and strong stock management.
Based at The Argyle Precinct, this role is key to ensuring group wide stock management and servicing of the Sydney Venues. The Cellar Manager is primarily responsible for receiving of deliveries, stocking of bars, and stock management. They will also play an active role in training and upskilling the cellar team and Sydney based bar teams.
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience in a Cellar Manager position
- An understanding of stock management, deliveries, general cellar management and multi-venue requirements
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
- People management capabilities and rostering experience with the role supervising a small team of Cellar Hands
- Availability for weekend and late night hours
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to perform manual handling tasks such as receiving kegs and transporting of stock
