Wine Cellar Manager / Cafe Manager

Located in Sydney's inner-east, we have a café, deli & boutique bottle shop and are looking for a Wine Cellar/ Cafe Manager. We pride ourselves on friendly customer service and outstanding range - offering a well-curated selection of wine, sparkling, spirits, beer & cider.

Our ideal Manager Candidates will:

• WSET 2 or higher or equivalent industry (Wine) experience
• Previous manager of a specialist Wine store
• Previous Licensee or be willing to become a Licensee
• Have the skills to develop & maintain strong relationships with our suppliers
• Be willing to actively organise and schedule tastings with suppliers
• Have an eye for detail
• Manage ordering, rostering & invoicing
• Experience managing a team
• Be willing to work closely with the owner on strategy & planning
• Experience in managing & maintaining budgets
• Willingness to work autonomously

Desirable but not essential:

• Strong Barista skills
