This vital role involves managing the stock of all beverages, including alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring efficient delivery to each venue. Please be aware this is a physically demanding role and will require the successful candidate to have the ability to lift / carry significantly weighted products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the stock levels of all beverages to maintain premium levels at all times
- Streamlining and optimizing the delivery process to ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and venue general managers
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to forecast stock needs and manage inventory effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in beverage stock management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of beverage trends and industry standards
- Proven track record of managing stock levels and optimizing supply chain processes
