About the Role:
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and committed industry professionals to join our vibrant team as Centre Care Managers at Eagle Stadium. This is a casual role, perfect for those who want to combine flexibility with their passion for people.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Stadium Coordinator, the duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Managing and mentoring teams within the stadium
- Maintain a high level of communication and motivation with all staff
- Lead a commitment to personal service excellence
- Manage feedback from members and customers and resolve any customer complaints as quickly as possible
- Lead by example to promote a strong customer service focus through all actions and behaviours
- Ensure all patrons are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from their experiences at the Centre
Desired Skill and Experience
- Managing and mentoring teams within the stadium
- Maintain a high level of communication and motivation with all staff
- Lead by example to promote a strong customer focus through all actions and behaviour
- Experience in managing cash reconciliation.
- Conflict resolution
- Highly developed organisational skills including the prioritising of workloads and managing deadlines
- Experience in working as a supervisor in a customer service focused environment
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer focused quality service delivery
- Experience working in a large leisure or fitness facility highly regarded
- Working knowledge of PerfectGym or similar Point of Sale software
- Work a flexible roster including shifts that fall on evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR qualifications
- Working with Children Check - Employee and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
