About the Role: As the Centre Director, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of our centre, cultivating a supportive atmosphere for our team of educators, and fostering positive connections with families. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, inspire, and empower our team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Uphold and elevate the standards of our centre, ensuring it remains a beacon of quality within the community.
- Drive occupancy growth while maintaining a strong centre reputation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, surpassing the benchmarks set forth in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a steadfast commitment to providing superior education and care for children.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of, or progress towards, an Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or ACECQA equivalent) OR Diploma with a willingness to undertake ECT degree qualification (Funded by the company)
- Proficiency in the National Quality Framework, including the National Quality Standards, and familiarity with Qikkids and CCMS administration.
- Thorough understanding of relevant legislative documents pertinent to the early childhood sector.
- Proven track record in team leadership and management, with adept conflict resolution skills and experience in implementing performance review processes.
- Demonstrated ability to instil a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Possession of a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
