About the Roles:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Centre Directors to lead teams and oversee the day-to-day operations of childcare centres. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine love for working with children.
We are urgently seeking Centre Directors for the following locations:
- Champion Lakes
- Hammond Park
- Highgate
Our services boast a robust, comprehensive play-based learning curriculum supported by state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor play areas and well-equipped internal rooms with age-appropriate technology and abundant resources. We believe in engaging with the local community to introduce children to diverse learning experiences and foster empathy and comfort.
The Must-Haves:
To excel in these roles, you must possess:
- A minimum Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services approved by ACECQA
- Proof of ACECQA assessment for overseas qualifications or equivalencies
- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and exceptional communication skills
- Prior leadership experience in an Early Childhood service (with children aged 0-5)
- A current WA Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management
- Certificate, or the willingness to obtain them
- A collaborative management style
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Medical fitness to work in a childcare environment
