Little Saints ELC Pakenham is seeking an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and leadership. You will have a desire to use your passion and drive to develop and manage your own service.
As a Centre Director you will oversee the daily operation of the service and foster positive connections with our families, children and staff. Your dedication to childcare excellence will be a shining example of best practice within our service.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in accordance with ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualifications
- Desirable but not essential to have postgraduate/tertiary qualifications in leadership.
- Current WWCC or VIT registration
- ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis.
- Child Protection Qualification approved by the State Regulatory Body.

- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and team development skills.
- Ability to lead the team including curriculum planning and professional development.
- Ability to implement and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Computer literacy (Deputy, ChildHR)
