As we continue to grow, we are searching for an experienced business manager who can build and elevate our operations to new heights.
This role will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all aspects of business operations, from considered planning to day-to-day management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimise processes, and foster a culture of success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to maximise performance and productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure budgets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain competitive edge.
- Handling IT-related tasks with agility.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum tertiary degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field of equivalent qualification.
- Currently enrolled in or open to pursuing further tertiary education in Early Childhood Education or an approved equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a management/leadership role with a track record of success in driving business growth.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the National Regulations and Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework (standard and Victorian), Being belonging & becoming framework and My Time Our Place (if school aged child attend service).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
