We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and driven Centre Director, who has the experience and strong desire to lead, inspire, support and manage our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day operations of our amazing childcare centre, Grow Early Education Narre Warren North!

In your new role you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all staff.
- Ensure that high-quality early learning programs are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.
- Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
- Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.
- Ensure that high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices are practiced consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, the local business community, and all other stakeholders.
- Ensure you are actively attracting, converting and retaining families by effectively managing and overseeing tours, enrolments and orientation in conjunction with our Enrolments Team
About you
- A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
- Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
- Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- A current Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
- Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Excellent understanding of CCS and QikKids.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.
- Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators.
- The ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into your day-to-day practice.
