About the role
- Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
- Effectively handling and managing the centre's staffing rosters and financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.
- Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.
About you
- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
- Previous experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting. (desirable)
- Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
- Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
- Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
