About the job:

We are looking for a passionate, inspirational and highly motivated Centre Manager to join our privately-owned and operated Child Care and Kindergarten. You will be vibrant and energetic, driven and be focused on continuous improvement for both our centre and our team.

Our incredible Centre Manager's role:

As our Centre Manager, you will be passionate, inspiring and highly knowledgeable.  You will have previous experience as a Centre Manager, and possess the ability to lead, energise and manage our amazing team of educators, alongside running the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with the company policies and procedures and legislative requirements.

Skills & Experience

• A current Working with Children Check (QLD)
• Full Australian work rights
• A minimum of a Diploma and/or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Experience in A&R
• Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in management in an Early Learning Centre
• Strong knowledge of EYLF
• Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Excellent personal presentation
