The Centre
The recently developed shopping centre forms the central point of a larger development, comprising residential towers, boutique hotel and commercial offices.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Centre Manager will be responsible for maximising asset performance in the newly developed centre, with the opportunity to create a thriving community for local residents, office-workers and hotel guests.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementation of the asset plan and key initiatives.
- Relationship management - tenants and key stakeholders.
- Detailed budgeting and financial reporting.
- Lease management and commercial negotiations.
Experience Required
The preferred candidate will possess depth of experience in shopping centre management, demonstrating initiatives and key achievements.
In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will be highly motivated will possess the ability to take the centre to the next level.
