Cottage Grove Early Learning is a well-established, high-quality early childhood education centre committed to providing exceptional care and education for children from infancy to preschool age. Your Role:
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, administration, and management of our centre. You will lead a team of dedicated educators to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and early childhood education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of educators and staff.
• Ensure the effective day-to-day operations and activities of the centre.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field, plus all necessary certifications.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting along with a commitment to understanding and advocating for contemporary ECE practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong knowledge of the NQF and best practice expectations of our sector.
