Form of workYou will enjoy a busy role with responsibilities including:
- End to end retail asset management
- Liaising with clients, contractors and tenants in a face-to-face environment
- Ensuring accurate records of all documentation are being maintained including tenancy schedule, leases, and retailer files
- Financial management including ensuring financial targets are met
- Balancing strategic and operational responsibilities
- Maintenance management and managing contracts (in certain centres only)
- Risk management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies
Skills & Experience
- A proven track record in retail management (working on or off-site)
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- The ability to prioritise and problem solve on an ongoing basis!
Qualifications
- Degree in Property or other relevant degree preferred but not essential
- Current property management registration essential
