An exciting opportunity has risen within our company for a full-time or part-time Therapy Manager to join our innovative, multidisciplinary practice. The position resides in our Wyndham Vale clinic. A therapist in any discipline, as the Therapy Manager you will be supporting the team. You will be contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions, managing the administration team, liaising directly with company owners, preparing and managing in-clinic group sessions and managing a very small caseload of patients. This position is a shared role.
To be considered for this position, you must be a highly experienced, empathetic, and understanding professional with a strong focus on leading a team. You are a positive person who values teamwork, support, and contribution – always looking to deliver better services for your patients and team.
The successful applicant must have the following:
- Over 5 years experience in any therapeutic discipline
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with good attention to detail
- A Masters in any therapeutic discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Permanent working rights
- Relevant registration within your discipline
Remuneration for this role is competitive and will including a $1000 annual supervision and development package. You will be entitled to all benefits in accordance with the award.
