Let’s talk about the role:
As Director of our Montessori Centre at Peregian Springs, you will work alongside our highly experienced management team to deliver an exceptional level of early education and care based in the Montessori method.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures
- Lead, motivate, mentor and support the team
- Manage staffing rosters efficiently
- Build relationships with families, children, educators, and the local community
- Deliver consistent high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practice
Now let’s talk about you:
You will be an experienced leader in the early education and care sector, with at least 3 years managing an early education facility and providing a high standard of quality care.
Well versed in all aspects of compliance, including a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework and experience with the Assessment and Rating process. High level of administration and organisation skills are essential, in addition to being an excellent communicator with great time management skills.
The following qualifications are also essential:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and/ or Early Childhood teaching degree
- Current Qld Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
