Job Summary:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the education and care centre in Cessnock. They will manage a team, ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, maintain organisation within the centre, and uphold compliance with NSW laws and regulations.

- Knowledge of NSW Early Childhood laws and regulations
- Ability to enforce policies and procedures effectively
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Bring a positive and friendly attitude and enjoy working with a team of committed educators
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff members including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure clear communication with students, parents, staff members, and other stakeholders
- Maintain organisation within the centre by implementing efficient systems and processes
- Uphold compliance with all relevant NSW laws and regulations
- Enforce centre policies and procedures consistently
- Providing a play based Early Years Program delivery guided by the EYLF and NQS.
- Provide a stimulating environment that promotes high quality outcomes for children
- Record keeping via online platforms
- Coordinate team tasks and class pedagogy
- Observe and document children's learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (preferred ) or an approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Previous experience in a management role within an educational setting desirable
- Valid WWC
- First Aid Qualification
- Knowledge of NSW laws and regulations related to education centres
