The Role
As the Centre Manager, responsibilities encompass overseeing day-to-day operations and managing services and employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the centre.
- Collaborating with the Quality & Compliance team to ensure the health and safety of on-site team members.
- Managing and supporting Consultant relations, fostering new relationships for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Working with the Finance and Payroll team to forecast the annual budget.
- Supporting the companies People & Culture initiatives to build a positive culture.
- Providing inclusive leadership to local teams, promoting engagement within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Driving a high-performance culture with analytical decision-making to achieve set objectives.
- Collaborating with the Referral Engagement team to understand the industry and identify opportunities for increased referrals.
- Demonstrated experience in Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
- Proven experience in team building and direct line management.
- Passion for service excellence and quality improvement.
- Proactive involvement in delivering healthcare in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing business growth opportunities.
- Strong business acumen and analytical, results-oriented approach.
