Form of workOur client is a highly established and profitable Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm with around 50 staff and growing. They focus on a broad range of claims including Workers Compensation/WID, Public Liability, MVA’s, TPD and Medical Negligence. The firm is known for their award winning Medical Negligence practice.
Having been established over twenty five years ago by the Managing Partner, he is seeking a highly experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer (15 years plus PAE) who wants to move away from a billable role and help him run the firm. Responsibilities will include strategic planning for the firm, financial planning and reporting, firm marketing initiatives, conducting file reviews with Managing Lawyers, precedent maintenance, performance reviews for direct reports (Management) and determining professional fees charged for legal matters to name a few.
The Role
The candidate will have a complex knowledge of a broad range of complex litigated claims as they will need to understand the nuances of each practice area and how they’re run. Additionally you will have managed teams of people and be commercially minded. In return the firm is offering an extremely generous base and the opportunity to be invited into equity in the short term.
