The firm is a 30-staff modern and progressive practice that has achieved high growth since its inception. They are situated in a stunning and spacious Parramatta Tower office.
Benefits and Features offered:
- $140,000 to $180,000 Salary range | Additional performance bonuses possible.
- Work from home flexibility offered : 3 WFH days per fortnight.
- Mixed practice with a broad scope of common law matters
- Lawyer Professional Development Policy - The firm allocates up to $10,000 annually for tuition and fees related to approved educational programs that align with the legal profession
- Monthly training sessions, conducted by experts within and outside the firm
- Full time Paralegal support along with marketing and administration.
- Mentorship provided by accredited specialists.
The role is flexible and encompasses a mix of common law work . There is a healthy pipeline of work available for a Personal Injury Lawyer including:
- Common law matters including public liability, MVA, Medical Negligence.
- Provide mentorship to a team of lawyers.
- 5-10 years PAE experience in Common law / Personal Injury Law
- A demonstrated understanding of Personal Injury matters and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a fast-paced practice.
- Down to earth, positive and professional nature in your work manner and style.
