HunterNet Career Connections, in partnership with our host company, are seeking a Business Trainee to join the team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking for a career change to complete the Certificate III Business over 12 months whilst working full-time.
Our host company is a nationally recognised and reputable electronics company that sell and repair electronics, particularly mobile phones. We’re looking for someone that can work in a fast-paced environment but has the ability to take initiative and keep busy during quieter periods.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to inbound calls with customers
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients
- Handle inquires via email and phone call correspondence
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Communicate effectively with other departments and teams in the business
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Data entry duties
- Quality checking devices
- Claiming devices/parts

- Committed to completing practical and theory-based study requirements of a 12-month traineeship
