ABOUT US
Our service is proud to have a beautiful Preschool community with two Preschool rooms (3-5 years)- the ‘Groovers’ and 'Shakers’ in the suburb of Bellbird- Hunter Valley (Cessnock) and is licensed for 39 children, operating from 8.00am-5.30pm, 49 weeks a year.
We pride ourselves on providing a high quality care service to our children and families, focusing on supportive routines and school readiness skills and offering you the opportunity to work alongside a team of positive and experienced educators.
This position would suit someone who is looking for a change to work in a smaller service, who are passionate about working with children and families.

2 x CERTIFICATE IIICHILDHOOD EDUCATOR (38 hours-full time)
Criteria: To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Qualification- Certificate 3 In Early Childhood Education and Care and experience working with children 3-5 years.
- High quality interactions with children and resourceful group time teaching skills.
- Programming experience to cater for children's interests, needs and strengths associated with EYLF outcomes.
- First Aid certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant, kind, respectful and friendly nature.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC) application number.
- 2 current professional phone references.
START DATES AND ROSTER
Groover's Room starting on the 24th of June - Maternity relief position (1 year- may lead into a permanent position)
Roster: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00 am -5.30pm, Thursday, Friday 8.00am-3.30pm
Shaker's Room Full time starting5th of July-
Roster: Monday, Tuesday- 9.00am-5.30pm, Wednesday, Thursday-8.00am-3.30pm, Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
