About the Role - Overview
This role is a maternity leave cover and is required for 29/7/24 – 28/7/25.
As the Digital Marketing & CX Manager your role is pivotal in developing and executing dynamic Digital Marketing strategies, campaigns and projects to continuously drive improvement, while overseeing all digital functions of the Marketing Team. You’ll be reporting to the Marketing Manager and working with the wider marketing team to exceed the needs of our customers and partners, delivering an exceptional customer experience and continually building Thredbo’s competitiveness within the market.
If you’re up for an exciting opportunity to:
- Develop media plans and implement campaigns for customer acquisition & growth
- Develop customer strategy and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive revenue, loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Manage the digital and CX roadmap including the app, website and in-resort experiences
- Manage one direct report and advise all Thredbo team members on digital best practice
- Analyse performance and advise the business for continuous improvement.
Experience and skills:
- Media Strategy & Planning experience, with hands-on experience building campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and/or programmatic platforms
- Advanced CRM experience, ideally familiar with Braze
- Database Management experience – managing audiences for campaigns and maintaining the database for the martech stack
- Project Management with complex stakeholder interactions, including leading conversations with technical teams (IT, Web Development, E-commerce, Business Intelligence)
- Leading and training team members, while maintaining processes and documentation
- Ideally some experience in business transformation and change management
- Minimum 8 years’ of marketing experience
