Now, about this role:

• In collaboration with Judo Treasury and Judo Credit, contribute to the successful establishment of a new SME / Commercial Securitisation lending business
• Support the origination of new SME/Commercial private warehouse securitisations between 30-100m+ in size
• Undertake transaction assessment, structuring, credit analysis working with Securitisation and SME credit teams and other internal subject matter experts
• Negotiate transaction commercials and documentation in conjunction with external counsel
• Support the development of models to derive an implied credit rating on a range of securitisation structures 
• Build strong relationships with originators and other key participants in securitisation markets 
• Provide appropriate ongoing oversight of the securitisation portfolio, including early identification and escalation of issues as appropriate
• Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of appropriate frameworks, policies and processes in support of Judo’s securitisation business. 
• Other duties as directed by the Treasurer
   

Your life pre-Judo:

• Detailed understanding and experience in the domestic securitisation market across a range of underlying asset classes; 
• Experience in arranging or executing warehouse securitisation funding facilities with a range of issuers 
• Broad understanding of rating agency methodology applicable to Structured Finance transactions;
• Strong analytical skills and good understanding and capability of data analysis and cash flow modelling;
• Experience in managing clients, rating agencies and internal and external stakeholders;
• Experience in commercial negotiation and strong presentation skills;
• High level of oral and written communication skills
