About the role
As our business is growing, we are looking for people to join us. CeX stores are fast-paced, and organisation skills are required. We embrace all management styles! Task Master? People person? Motivator? Sales gun? There is value for everyone!
Our daily structure is loose as we allow management to take ownership of in-store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and mentoring your team
- Primary focus on driving Buys, sales and exchanges.
- The ability to coach and problem solve
- Personal drive and self-motivation in achieving store & individual sales budgets and KPI's
- Willingness to learn
Preferred Attributes
- Supervisor experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in technology (desired)
- Experience and understanding of merchandising.
