You will be joining a reputable government department that provides assistance to the people of New South Wales during emergencies and natural disasters. As a Change Advisor, you will be working with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the community. This is a hybrid role that requires 2x office days in Wollongong per week to be successful.
Your new role
- Change Scheduling: Develop and maintain forward schedules for changes, ensuring effective planning and communication.
- Strategic Implementation: Facilitate strategic changes while staying informed about continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Guidance: Provide advice on change management and communication practices for stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and assess change readiness.\
What you'll need to succeed
- Change Management: Experience of developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong skills in advising stakeholders on change management and communication processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Knowledge and Lessons management for post-implementation reviews and action plans.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders.
