Australian Red Cross (ARC) is a humanitarian aid and community services charity in Australia, and part of the International Red Cross movement. ARC provides a range of services and programmes, including international aid across the Asia-Pacific region, international humanitarian law advocacy, migration support, emergency management, blood donation via Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, and community services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, youth, families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. About the role
The Senior Advisor, Change (SAC) will partner with the Senior Manager, Change, senior leaders, Change Agent Network, and other key stakeholders, to ensure ARC is well-placed to deliver strategic and operational change across the organisation. The appointee will provide hands-on change management support for teams and individuals using the established Red Cross Change Management framework. Alongside a focus on transformation, the SAC will oversee a contemporary approach to change management leadership and implementation, balancing best-practice with the sustainable delivery of strategic objectives.

You are an accomplished change management professional, with a strategic mindset. You apply your well-rounded skillset across strategic and operational priorities, demonstrating a passion for driving sustainable change. With a strong alignment to the values of ARC, you are able to engage credibly across all levels of an organisation, from front-line field staff to the Executive team, and do so with empathy. Leveraging your passion for optimisation, innovation and technology, you will play a critical leadership role in an organisation with an inspiring purpose, bringing people and communities together in a time of need.
