This role will be based at one of their Premium Grade Assets - one of Sydney's most iconic commercial assets
About the Temp Role:
This is a great role to primarily work across all the existing projects currently underway at the precinct to bridge an annual leave cover of 6 weeks, commencing immediately.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
- Purchaser/client/tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery
- Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants
- Monitor and implement detailed programmes for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction
- Cost control and cashflow management
- Overview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner
- Will have a Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent (mechanical or electrical engineering will be viewed favorably)
- Minimum of 4-years experience in relevant field
- Will be detailed orientated, process-driven, well-organised, and excel in administration.
- You will be comfortable with physical and digital filing, and interstate travel periodically.
- Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiatives, good business, and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment
