About the Role
As an organisational change management consultant in a large-scale enterprise asset management program, you will implement key aspects of the organisational change management workstream and support the Change Manager/ Partner.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of work experience, entirely/predominantly in organisational change management.
- Experience in the implementation of a range of organisational change management methods, techniques and approachesExperience in the implementation of a range of organisational change management methods, techniques and approaches
- Contributing to the delivery of change, driven by customer value and stakeholder impact
- Detailed working knowledge of change management theory and practice, communications management, stakeholder engagement, and training needs analysis
- Ensuring stakeholder adoption is measurably embedded into BAU so our clients realise the expected benefits of the change
- Responsible for building and sustaining collaboration with senior project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring of both client and Wipro teams
- Have experience in large-scale ERP (SAP, Oracle or others) transformation programs
- Worked in the Government or Energy sectors
- Have led change initiatives in asset management or data focused programs
- Certifications in organisational change and/or related field
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field
- Worked in global change program/s
