The opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate GIS Analyst in our Port Melbourne office.
As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to contribute your expertise to a variety of exciting projects. You will work alongside our experienced heritage, ecology and planning teams and become a key contributor to large-scale projects throughout Victoria and across many industries including renewable energy, infrastructure, residential, telecommunications and utility services.
Additionally, you will facilitate field data collection and management and help our consultants and clients visualise potential constraints and opportunities whilst quantifying impacts to ecological and heritage values.
This is an entry level role for an ambitious individual who is eager to learn. You will work alongside experienced and highly knowledgeable colleagues who will guide and support you.

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a Spatial Science, Environmental Science, Geomatics or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience using GIS software packages (preferably Esri ArcGIS).
• An interest in the environmental and heritage consulting industry.
• Competency with the Microsoft Office suite or similar packages.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Previous working experience is desirable, but not essential (particularly within a consulting environment).
