This large Australian organisation is a leader in their field and their services touch millions of consumers and businesses every day. They are currently on an exciting transformation journey and this is your opportunity to be a part of it as a Change Analyst.
This is a relatively new program of work established in December 2023, to enhance the way this company does business, shift their culture, and set the bar higher for their customer and employee experience. This high profile piece of work will address key customer and employee pain points so it will be an exciting program to be a part of!
The Change Analyst will be responsible for:
- Driving and developing change impact analysis
- Working with key stakeholders to identify and document the current and future state across process, technology, operating model, behaviours and culture
- Developing presentation material and helping facilitate showcases and roadshows
- Coordinating change management activities
- Assessing the readiness of the business for change and success of change management efforts
- Contributing to building enterprise change maturity and capability
- Working with the Communications Lead to develop communications
The successful candidate will bring:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience in a change management role
- Experience with large scale organisations /transformations
- Ideally experience within an industrial organisation
- Demonstrated high level communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and deal with competing/changing priorities
- Ability to handle challenging situations and stakeholders
