The Change and Communication Specialist will be instrumental in embedding the change management framework and facilitate effective communication throughout the organisation. Responsible for integrating change management and Communication strategies across the organisation, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess change readiness, develop comprehensive change management plans and implement effective communication strategies. This includes developing and delivering communication strategies, internal platforms and channels, crafting engaging content, and fostering a culture of open communication.
This is a full-time position with a standard 38-hour work week, and you have the flexibility to choose between our Brisbane Administration Office or Townsville Head Office as your work location.

- A knack for taking ownership of work quality, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with minimal oversight.
- Tertiary studies in Communication, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field.
