The Position:
They are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their award-winning team. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your strategic approach to engage internal and external key stakeholders and support the direction for Marketing and Communications initiatives for the group, ensuring brand alignment and integration in support the business marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting communication marketing material pieces that effectively engage internal and external stakeholders across the company’s diverse property portfolios.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, property and market development representatives, to create and implement innovative Marketing and sales campaigns that effectively reach customer segments.
- Developing impactful promotional materials to support branding strategies, including blogs, brochures, flyers, media releases, and social media content.
- Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, press, online material, and other project marketing deliverables.
- Assisting with contract and tender submissions.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with property or construction industry experience or a passion for the sector.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish sound relationships with stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, ability to take feedback and work on continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
