About the role  

As a Donor Experience Change and Improvement Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and drive transformational change across all functional areas of the Donor Experience business unit. Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement, you will play an important role in managing & implementing complex and/or large-scale change initiatives. 

You’ll use your leadership capabilities to manage a small team and provide expert change management guidance and oversight, and shape the change agenda for Donor Experience, whilst ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.

• A minimum of three years demonstrated recent experience in a transformational change management role
• Experience of supporting operational teams through radical change with a sound knowledge of change management principles and theory
• Knowledge of adult learning culture, Change and social movement theory
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver agreed objectives on time and in budget while evaluating & mitigating risk
• Collaborative approach with ability to communicate and engage in service improvement activities

This is a Fixed term full-time opportunity until 14th March 2025, with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our Melbourne Processing Centre.
