Change and Training Analyst  

We are set up for flexibility - compressed work week or remote working

Salary Range is $84,000 - $98,000 + 11% super

Contract: Until August 2025

What You Will Be Working On:

Be a key player in driving successful outcomes by championing the application of change methodologies and processes. Your role will involve seamlessly identifying, analysing, planning, delivering, and fostering the adoption of transformative changes across the City’s business processes, digital solutions, corporate information management, and customer service delivery. You will achieve this by:

  • Steering digital transformation, collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth change planning and implementation.
  • Cultivate relationships with project teams and contribute to stakeholder engagement plans.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of our dynamic digital training program, ensuring seamless transitions for our growing community.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis, creating tailored plans for optimal learning outcomes.
  • Support change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder activities.

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Experience in successful Change and Training program delivery for corporate digital system implementations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex situations into easy-to-understand language.
  • Proficient in workshop facilitation, digital training material development, and use of training software programs.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence and National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain).
