What You Will Be Working On:
Be a key player in driving successful outcomes by designing, delivering Training and championing the application of change across the City as part of our ERP Program. Your role will involve seamlessly identifying, analysing, planning, delivering, and fostering the adoption of transformative changes across the City’s business processes, digital solutions, corporate information management, and customer service delivery. You will achieve this by:
- Supporting the Change Management Lead with stakeholder and impact analysis, executing change management and communication plans.
- Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth change planning and implementation.
- Cultivate relationships with project teams and contribute to stakeholder engagement plans.
- Develop and lead the Training Plan.
- Conduct Training Analysis, design on learning and classroom based learning outcomes.
- Facilitate learning, tailored plans and design measurable learning outcomes.
About You:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in developing and delivering digital training programs.
- Experience in change management activities and planning – impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, across digital system implementations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex situations into easy-to-understand language.
- Proficient in workshop facilitation, digital training material development, and use of training software programs.
- (ie. Articulate360)
- Current C Class Drivers Licence and National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain).
