Position details
Full time maximum term position up to November 2026
Salary based on experience, range: $97,922 - $122,400 plus super
Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role: In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, creating, implementing, and monitoring change management and Training efforts. You will collaborate with the Change and implementation team on various activities such as communication, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, organisational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement within multiple digital initiatives.
Demonstrating empathy is vital for this role, as it requires a dedicated commitment to ensuring that employees, clients, and other stakeholders are not overlooked during VLA's digital transformation process.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country and at VLA offices across Victoria.
About you: As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Expertise in implementing change management initiatives, with a focus on digital transformation programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to establish cooperative relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated high quality and engaging facilitation skills.
Strong in project management with a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving circumstances.
Formal change management certification (highly desirable)
Proven experience in providing digital capability and cyber awareness content and Training (highly desirable)
