SalaryAcura Talent is assisting a large Federal Government Department in sourcing an EL1 Program Communications Lead and an EL1 Program Delivery Lead (Training Program/Sessions) for a 6-months contract with a strong potential of extension.
EL1 Program Communications Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing communications and training packages aimed at contractors and internal staff.
- Working closely with the Program Delivery Lead to prepare for relevant training sessions.
- Engaging and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders and staff across the department.
- Performing additional duties or assuming responsibility of functions as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and graphic design.
- Communicating with, and maintaining relationships with, stakeholders across the sector.
- Experience in creating learning and development material and communications.
- Experience working in hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated experience in User experience and human centred design.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing communications strategies and activities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to audiences and engage with a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of guidance and delivery of contractor briefing.
- Delivering training material to support staff and contractors undertaking compliance activities.
- Delivering information sessions to Approved Authorities and/or schools.
- Engaging and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating learning and development training programs and/or sessions.
- Training facilitation and delivery experience.
- Communicating with, and maintaining relationships with, stakeholders across the sector
- Experience working in hybrid environments.
- Ability to consider and effectively manage competing priorities and strategic directions.
