Join us as a Training Delivery Lead, where your expertise will drive excellence in learning, ensuring successful planning and delivery of learning programs, and learning business partnering across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of learning facilitators in a dedicated and passionate team. You will have experience in leading workplace-based training to meet organisational development priorities, to specific compliance and business capability standards.

Using your leadership skills, you will be able to influence both internal and external stakeholders and have the opportunity to shape, influence and be part of the strategic direction of the Learning and Development team.

Job Description

As the new Training Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal part in crafting, executing, and evaluating training plans to fulfill the people capability needs of Adecco and Australian Defence Force members that work at Defence Force Recruitment. Your contributions will actively shape a culture focused on continuous learning.

You will:

  • Lead a team of learning facilitators to plan, deliver, evaluate and continuously improve training programs
  • Provide reports on the impact, value and delivery of training
  • Keep accurate and up to date records of Training Delivery
  • Create and execute the training calendar, updating and communicating with the workforce and stakeholders as required
  • Conduct training needs analysis for new capability requirements
  • Create comprehensive training proposals, including resource plans and budget details
  • Develop training toolkits for a broad range of end users and employees, including facilitator and learner guides, e-learning, quick reference guides and PowerPoint decks

  • Strong project management skills, adept at overseeing end-to-end training processes, from conceptualisation to successful implementation.
  • Technologically savvy with a keen eye for leveraging innovative tools and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset, dedicated to measuring and optimising training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactive problem solver, adept at adapting training approaches to meet evolving business needs and challenges.
