The Opportunity:
One of our big clients is seeking services of a Change, Communications and Engagement Specialist for a large-scale, multifaceted program, where you'll collaborate with state, territory governments, and the national research centres to implement significant changes across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver top-tier change, communications, and Engagement strategies alongside program partners.
- Foster a deep comprehension of program changes to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships, ensuring collaborative efforts with stakeholders, including government and private sectors.
- Coordinate and evaluate stakeholder readiness, developing varied communication materials for smooth transitions.
- Facilitate clear communication within data and ICT technical domains, supporting their stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Demonstrated capability in developing clear, impactful communications for a broad stakeholder base.
- Experience in large-scale government ICT or complex data system projects.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and adaptability to shifting program priorities.
