About the RoleThe Change Communications Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of Digital Change and Transformation Programs across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include establishing robust frameworks, governance, and processes to ensure the smooth management of change initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and managing cross-dependencies, developing effective change strategies and comprehensive Change Communications to engage and inform internal stakeholders, encouraging acceptance of change and facilitating seamless transitions.
This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale government ICT and/or complex system programs
- Strong experience in the development of strategic communications, developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that support the delivery of organisational
- A minimum of 5 years of change management experience in complex environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
