About the Y Victoria

Our Customer division is essential for engaging with our audience to deliver service line stories. This includes content creation, campaign strategy, market research and insights, digital projects, creative designs, social media presence, and supporting sales through lead generation and customer service.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Media and Communications Manager, you will approach this position with a focus on change communications, specifically relating to a significant project for a workforce compliance.
You will work collaborate across a number of internal business units to ensure communications are consistent, compliant and optimised and presented in a user-friendly way.
- Provide communication design and support, including the development and delivery of communication plans, channels and materials to support the transformation project team and executive.
- Advise senior leaders on strategic communication activities while building a deep understanding of our customer communications processes / frameworks along the way.
- Ensure communications are delivered on time and with a focus on target audience insight and needs.
- Provide regular reporting on initiatives to the Media & Communications Manager and key stakeholders including identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.
- Support Issues / Reputation management and other communications activities as they arise.
This position is a permanent full time role in a hybrid working model, between working from home and our State Office in Box Hill. The remuneration for this role ranges from $104,000 to 114,000 (inclusive of super) dependent on experience.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated with an ability to interpret complex information and distil key messages for diverse internal audiences. Additionally, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant communications or industrial relations role, ideally leading change / transformation communications
- Exceptional communication planning, technical skills and copyrighting skills across a range of audiences and channels
- Ability to manage competing stakeholders, demands and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to details
- Previous experience in workflow management software tools (such as Asana/Jira), or relevant qualifications in communications, PR and/or Journalism would ne advantageous
